Tomorrow morning, I am headed to Springfield, Virginia to meet the little girl in this picture….

Baby Sadie was born less than two weeks ago and I am SO looking forward to her newborn session!

My clients were telling me this past winter, “There is a total boy baby trend going on!  You’re going to have all boys in the studio this year!”  I guess it’s no surprise that isn’t the case!  Little Evelyn is seven weeks old and did an incredible job at her first modeling gig.  Don’t you just want to squish those cheeks???

I had big plans for Charlotte before she even came into the studio!  Knowing her mom is a proud Virginia Tech Alum, I knew orange was just the color for this little girl.  Charlotte must have known it was her first photo session, too!  She took one look around then fell right to sleep with the warmth of the love around her.  What a beautiful young lady!

Last week, kicked of my baby-palooza of 2012!  I am so excited about the NEW newborn studio and even more excited about the gorgeous little ones who will be coming in all year!  I absolutely melted when I saw this little guy.  Here is a sneak peak…..

I have such a special place in my heart for the energy and excitement of our high schoolers who are about to head out into the world full of dreams and brilliance.  Project 12 is designed just for YOU!  Selected models will be invited to be part of an exclusive session complete with an incredible make up artist, stylist, and girly fun leading into a photo session with Liz Hough (and your friends!) to show off who you really are!  Models will receive facebook-ready images.  Complete copyright collection will be available following session.  This is a great day to spend with your best friends that you will remember for a lifetime.

High school class of 2013 but just as importantly, we’re looking for inner beauty, spunk, energy, and readiness to take on the world!

I am SO excited to announce the annual summer camp dates for Summer 2012!  Our journey will begin July 16th and it can’t come soon enough!  Hi everyone!
 
Each child will choose something in nature that speaks to them and we spend each day with it, using many art forms to capture the essence of it’s being and our relationship with it.   Children are so inspired and at peace while spending a week introspectively with nature…maybe we as adults should have a camp, too!

This little guy came into the studio right before the new year and was my last session of 2011.  What a beautiful and renewing way to close out the year. 

Just wanted to share one more from a Black Ankle wedding this past fall.  Love it!
